2.1: Registration for participation in events organized by Global Kids Football such as training sessions, clinics, camps, tournaments, etc. can only be made by submitting the registration form on the website or by email.

2.2: With the submission of the registration form, the sender registers for participation in the chosen event and location for which registration is made.

2.3: The registrations for registration are registered by Global Kids Football in order of arrival until the maximum number of participants for the relevant event has been reached.

2.4: After registration you will receive a digital confirmation containing the payment conditions.

2.5: Registrations for participation that come in after the maximum number of participants has expired are not legally valid. You will of course be informed about this.

2.6: If the number of registrations is too small, each event can be canceled, whereby the already paid participation fee will be refunded.

3.1: After registration, you will receive a digital invoice stating the amount due for participation in the event. After payment you will receive a digital confirmation of participation.

3.2: The amount owed must be paid within the term stated on the invoice/registration forms.

3.3: If the aforementioned payment term is exceeded, Global Kids Football has the right to exclude the participant in question from participating in the activity for which he is registered. This automatically cancels the registration.

3.4: If an activity, course, training, clinic, camp, tournament, etc. is stopped in the meantime, the participant remains obliged to pay the full amount.

4.1: With the submission of the registration form, the sender has definitively registered for participation in an event of Global Kids Football. If the participant nevertheless wishes to cancel his registration without a valid reason, the participant owes 25% of the participation fee. The remainder will be refunded.

4.2: In case of illness, injury or whatever, the parent and/or guardian must deregister from Global Kids Football. If this does not happen (before the activity), Global Kids Football has the right to record this as unauthorized absence and to charge this activity (still) to the participant.

4.3: During the year, Global Kids Football offers catch-up training in addition to regular training. Participants of our courses can use these moments if they have missed a regular training due to illness, injury, vacation, etc. Participants who register with us for 10 activities, have the possibility to make up up to 2 training sessions at these moments. Participants who sign up for 20 activities have the opportunity to make up up to 4 training sessions. If players are absent for a long time and have a valid reason for not being able to follow the activities for which they have registered, suitable solutions can be looked at together. This will take place in consultation. The conditions as described under Article 4.2 also apply here.

4.4: In principle, the events always take place, but Global Kids Football reserves the right to cancel an event. You will always be digitally informed of this.

5.1: Global Kids Football cannot be held liable for loss/theft, material damage and injuries.

5.2: Global Kids Football is a guest at the various football associations and sports facilities. This means that the participants must behave correctly both on and off the field.

5.3: Participation in an event is entirely without obligation and at your own risk. The participant must be present on time. Wearing the obtained clothing is mandatory. The participant is expected to have a positive attitude towards the trainers, supervisors as well as towards the other participants.

6.1: Participants receive the clothing package after registration and payment of their first payment.

6.2: During training it is mandatory to wear Global Kids Football clothing.

6.3: It is mandatory to wear football boots and shin guards during training.

6.4: Ordered clothing is the property of the participants and cannot be exchanged unless Global Kids Football has the option. This is not mandatory.

7.1 Global Kids Football reserves the right to use all photos and videos taken for its own purposes, such as use for website, flyers, DVD, promotional purposes, etc. If you do not allow us to use this material, you must inform us. set.

8.1 The contents of the general terms and conditions have been drawn up in good faith and with care.

8.2 Global Kids Football and employees are not liable for any damage caused by participation in one of the events organized by Global Kids Football or by applying the treated practice material. Participation is at your own responsibility. Loss of property cannot be recovered from us (such as theft from changing rooms, etc.).
