At the Football School of Global Kids Football, the trainers mainly focus on developing the basic skills that children can use while playing football. We help children to learn various technical exercises so that players are increasingly 'boss' over the ball and can be more decisive in the matches. Because not every child develops at the same rate, we think it is very important that children are given the space to improve and can do this at their own level.
We believe that this is accompanied by a positive mindset. At Global Kids Football we approach the players positively at all times, this creates a 'growth mindset'. Players with a growth mindset have more fun, more self-confidence, are more creative and dare to take initiative. We see that this allows us to develop the children to the maximum in terms of football, as well as socially and/or pedagogically.
Every year we offer 3
cycles, two outdoor and one indoor. A cycle consists of 10
workouts from 60minutes per workout. During the cycles, the children are classified by year of birth paired with level. The children are intensively supervised and the development of each child individually is also closely monitored. With a good development, options are looked at to classify the player a group higher and the player comes into the picture for our Academy.
